TAPiO Management Advisory recently joined forces with AsiaRV to lead a distinguished Malaysian delegation on an insightful tour of Germany. The delegation focused on advanced RV technology and sustainable camping solutions. This collaborative effort highlighted our commitment to driving industry standards and fostering international partnerships.

The journey began with an exciting visit to the Knaus Tabbert Dealer Days in Bad Griesbach. Mr. Bernhard Schutte, Chairman of TAPiO Management Advisory, and Mr. Thomas Bernthaler, Managing Director of AsiaRV, led the delegation, which included notable figures such as Tan Sri Abdul Rahman Mamat, Chairman of MIDF Berhad, and Mr. Azizi Hj Mustafa, CEO of MIDF Berhad. The delegation explored Knaus Tabbert’s latest RV models, including the revolutionary KNAUS CASCAN and WEINSBERG X-PEDITION, and signed a significant Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to strengthen future collaborations.

A highlight of the visit was Malaysian Ambassador Datin Paduka Dr. Adina Kamarudin’s presentation of the “Premier Luxury Camper Van of the Year” award to Knaus Tabbert AG. The Award recognizes the luxurious KNAUS Boxdrive 600xl Campervan for its excellence in luxury, environmental friendliness, and sustainability.

The delegation also visited the state-of-the-art Knaus Tabbert factory in Jandelsbrunn, where they witnessed cutting-edge production processes that ensure the highest quality and precision in manufacturing advanced caravans and motorhomes. The tour provided valuable insights into Knaus Tabbert’s dedication to innovation and excellence.

In addition to the Dealer Days, the delegation visited KNAUS Campingpark Lackenhäuser, led by Ms. Sandra Knaus, Chief Executive Officer, and Mr. Michael Meyer. This visit provided a comprehensive understanding of the operations of a high-standard camping park. The delegation explored the park’s impressive amenities, sustainable practices, and harmonious integration with nature, gaining valuable knowledge on building and running a successful camping park.

This visit underscored the potential for future collaborations between Malaysia and KNAUS Camping parks. We look forward to bringing state-of-the-art RV parks to Malaysia, ensuring local and international RV enthusiasts can enjoy an exceptional experience.

The delegation, which also included Mr. Pang Chong Yong, Co-Founder and Executive Director of Gemilang Coachwork, Datuk Wan Nazri Wan Aria, CEO of Pertubuhan Perkasa Ilmu Legasi Bangsa, Mr. Joshua Ng, Chief Marketing Officer of Five Petroleum, Ms. Carmen Lee, Business Development Executive of AsiaRV, and Mr. Qian Lim, PA to Chairman of TAPiO, left with a wealth of knowledge and a clearer vision for future collaborations.
