Mr. Bernhard Schutte, Chairman of TAPiO Management Advisory had a splendid meeting with Datuk Seri Jebasingam Issace John, Chief Executive Officer of Northern Corridor Implementation Authority (NCIA) and his team. The NCIA is responsible for the development of the Northern Corridor Economic Region (NCER). The meeting took place at Cyberjaya where we discussed about the Northern states; Perak, Pulau Pinang, Kedah, and Perlis.
